Tint King is constantly given suggestions by faithful customers. Some of these suggestions are implemented immediately as some of them are never. Here are some of the things we don't do and why:
Mobile Auto Service: As the basis for performing a great tint job is cleanliness, we feel that the customer always wins when we apply the film in our own 'sterile' environment. While mobile service sounds like a great idea, it is sometimes the difference between a good and great job.
Obtain a more popular location: Many customers ask us why we don't open a shop on a main road with more exposure and more glamorous outward appearance. The reason is that the added stress of the location would hinder our ability to concentrate on one single car. That sounds good and all but the bottom line? We all have families and while Tinting is our living; our families are our life.
Vinyl Decal design and application: We prefer to keep our skills to just a few things as not to deter our attention from the quality of our work. If you would like a referral, however, check out:

A rigid appointment schedule and/or hours: As we apply film to Vehicles and Residential and Commercial properties there are times when we cannot be in the shop. We try to schedule these things in the afternoon or send a team to complete them while leaving someone at the shop. If you call in the morning around 9:30AM there is a 90% chance that you can bring your car in on the same day. Please, if you have a schedule issue and cannot come in at the suggested times, let us know. We will do everything in our power to work with your schedule.
